Custom By Miranda solely uses PayPal as a payment option for customers. The security that PayPal offers for Custom By Miranda and its customers is unrivaled and creates a peace of mind for all parties. A PayPal account is not required to pay with a credit or debit card. Payment Terms
Payment for all products are due before product(s) have been customized. Special exceptions may be made and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Shipping prices are calculated at Checkout and paid at that time.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from the United States and through USPS Priority Mail and USPS Ground. Tracking information is included with those shipping options. If special shipping accommodations are needed, please contact Custom By Miranda for options.
Custom products are typically shipped out within 2-3 weeks, depending on depth of customization. Products in inventory that are completed (Ready To Ship, Cases, & Blank Tumblers) typically ship out in 1-2 business days.

Order changes
Generally, the customer should assume that once an order is placed, it cannot be changed in any way. If a modification is possible, it may alter the cost of the product and will be communicated to the customer and be paid before completion of the product.
Cancellations
Cancellation of order requests must be made through the Contact Me page. Custom By Miranda will provide a partial refund based on how much materials and time was used before the cancellation request was made. The refund amount is at the sole discretion of Custom By Miranda.
